DJ Reggie's DJ Camp
Become a DJ for a week & Learn from the Best!
If you’ve ever wanted to try your hand at scratching, sampling, blending, and sound leveling, this interactive camp experience is for you. While using equipment and technology that allows popular DJs to create remixes and original beats, participants will discover DJ Reggie’s secrets for creating an engaging DJ persona necessary to connect with the audience and build a successful business. Teamwork, creative expression, problem solving, and experimentation with various styles and genres are encouraged in this safe and fun learning environment.
Other perks include a swag bag, a scavenger hunt to record sounds, visiting DJ’s during the week, and a DJ Battle and Dance on the last day with DJ titles and a grand prize for one camper. Participants are encouraged to bring their own headphones and laptop (Mac or PC; Free “Virtual DJ” or “Serato DJ” program will need to be downloaded to the laptop in advance). Otherwise, we will have these available to use at the studio. Guests are welcome to attend the dance party at the end of the last day!
